Do you offer affordable floor plans for student housing?

Our 4-bedroom student apartments are rented by the room with individual leases. Your student’s rent includes wireless internet, a fully furnished space, access to our amazing amenities, and more!

How does roommate matching work for off-campus housing near the University of Pennsylvania & Drexel?  

Legacy at Powelton Village makes it easy to find the perfect roommate. We'll send each applicant a roommate questionnaire with questions about cleanliness, active hours, preferred activities, and more. We then individually review each application and connect potential roommates together so you can see if you click before committing to signing a lease! 

Do you have 24-hour on-site maintenance that students can access?

Yes! Our on-site maintenance is always on-call to respond to your student’s maintenance needs quickly and professionally.

Tell me more about your private study pods!

Our private study pods provide our student residents with a quiet and secluded area to get to work without needing to spend countless hours at the library. Our pods include a desk, chair, and wide-screen tv for working on presentations. We also have conference rooms for student’s to prepare group projects, and pods with room for multiple students so you can have a study buddy!
Our study pods are cleaned and disinfected every morning at 8AM.

What furniture is included in the 4-bedroom apartment for students?

Each bedroom in our 4-bedroom student apartments includes a full bed with storage drawers, a desk, and a chair. The living/dining common area includes a couch, chair, coffee table, and 4-person kitchen table with stools. Our kitchens include stainless steel appliances and we also include in-unit washers and dryers.

How quickly can I rent-by-the bedroom?

Do you hold any resident events throughout the year?

Yes! At Legacy at Powelton Village we believe in the importance of building community, which is why we host events for our residents every 2-4 weeks with a vide variety of activites and social gatherings.

What are your cleaning protocols for room changeovers and move-in days?

We take your health and safety very seriously at our student apartments. After residents move out, our maintenance crew goes in immediately to do a full clean of the entire unit, including sanitization. No one will have access to the unit until the next residents take occupancy, at which point our crew will do another round of sanitization right before our new residents move in.
